Уважаемые участники Чемпионата мира по бильярдному спорту «Свободная пирамида» (г. Сургут)!
В связи с ограничениями на въезд в Российскую Федерацию иностранных граждан, связанными с распространением новой коронавирусной инфекции, вызванной SARS-CoV-2, необходимо направить заявки с
указанием позиций (тренер, спортсмен), паспорта, полетный план и заполненную таблицу на каждого участника (см. Приложение 1) на адрес визового специалиста Оргкомитета: visa@ugrasport.com не позднее, чем за 20 дней до начала соревнований (крайний срок подачи документов – 23 мая 2022 г.).
Также обращаем внимание, что при несвоевременном обращении мы не гарантируем оперативную отправку данных и пересечение границыиностранными гражданами.

Due to the restrictions on the entry of foreign citizens into the Russian Federation related to the spread of the new coronavirus infection caused by SARS-CoV-2, it is
necessary to send applications indicating the positions (coach, athlete), passports, flight plan and a completed table for each participant (see Appendix1) to the visa specialist of the Organizing Committee via email: visa@ugrasport.com no later than 20 days before the competition begins (the application deadline is May 23, 2022) .
Please also note that in case of late application, we do not guarantee the prompt sending of data and the crossing of the border by foreign citizens.
